Low Temperature Silver Alloy Brazing Fluxes We manufacture a range of low temperature silver alloy brazing fluxes, which are been made with the high quality raw material. The range is been given below:
Lomelt 50: - Low temperature paste/powder flux with smooth and quick flow. Ideal for production & repair works. Suitable for torch brazing application.
- Appropriate filler metals: High silver content brazing alloys with cadmium.
- Working temperature range: 550°c to 800°c
Lomelt 55: - A paste type flux with excellent heat resistance properties makes it most suitable for induction brazing application.
- Appropriate filler metals: High & medium silver content brazing alloys with & without cadmium, Ag-cu-ph brazing alloys.
- Working temperature range: 550°c to 850°c
Lomelt 57: - A general purpose active paste flux. Recommended for nearly all brazing operation. Based on specification: American welding society (AWS) type. FB3-A
- Appropriate filler metals: High & medium silver content brazing alloys with & without cadmium, Ag-cu-ph brazing alloys, Cu-ph brazing alloys.
- Working temperature range: 565°c to 870°c
Lomelt 60:
- This is the powder type free flowing flux of the range and suitable for use on most metals capable of being brazed with silver bearing brazing alloys.
- Appropriate filler metals: High & medium silver content brazing alloys with & without cadmium.
- Working temperature: 550°C to 850°C
