John Distilleries Ltd. established with a dream fuelled by passion, energy and dedication to build a great enterprise. That dream has now shaped up to be a reality that I am proud of. My flagship brand, "Original Choice" is approximately 10 million cases strong annually and has established itself as the leading brand in the economy segment of the Indian liquor industry. John Distilleries Ltd. has today become my flagship company and emerged as the fourth largest Alcoholic Beverage Company in India.

Dreams make anything possible. My new dream is to transform John Distilleries Ltd. into the most respected alcoholic beverages company in India by pursuing the fundamental values of purity, matchless quality and affordability. I am following it by moving John Distilleries Ltd. up the value chain with a portfolio of prestige/ premium brands in India. The introduction and consumer acceptance of Big Banyan wines is a testament to the successful implementation of this dream. We have also recently introduced Salute Vodka, Mont Castle Brandy and Grand Duke Whisky to delight the Indian consumer. My passion for premium brands and luxury has also taken me into the hospitality industry. The much acclaimed Conde Nast-awarded Kumarakom Lake Resort in Kerala and The Paul, an all-suite 5 star hotel in Bangalore are further testament to my dreams coming true.
