Carpets
Coir mourzouks and coir carpets are different from mattings, in that the surface is formed by the weft. The special weaving enables production of intricate design and presents a heavy-wearing material. Available in standard rug sizes. Weight per sq. m - 1.90kg-3.95 kg.
Cocolog is a cylindrical tube made of coir netting or knottings filled with natural coir fibre and thicky compacted. It is mainly used for shoreline protection to prevent scouring of soil from the shoreline. It can also be produced pre-seeded so as to allow establishment of vegetation when it comes to contact with water after instalation.
Made on traditional handlooms. Mainly used as floor covering floor runners for furnishing stairs or corridors. Also used for wall panelling and ceiling lining. Quality of mattings is determined by the type of yarn used and weave.
Available in natural, bleached, solid colours and a multitude of designs/patterns made by weave and colour combinations with or without latex backing.
We present mesmerizing range of fiber mats in numerous designs. These mats are available in standard or specific sizes and shapes. As regards standard sizes, we offer these carpet in sizes like 35 x 60cm, 40 x 60cm, 40 x 70cm, 45 x 75cm, 50 x 85cm, and 60 x 90cm and weight 2602/sq. ft (7.kg per sq. m) pile height or thickness - 28mm. These products are produced by inserting coir fiber tufts into a woven base.
