Neoprene Rubber (CR): Neoprene is a kind of synthetic rubber, which was developed in 1930 and incorporated in numerous products that are used in daily life. Neoprene rubber manufactured by us has great number of advantages like good resistance to ozone and sunlight, moderate oil and gasoline resistance, good resistance to abrasion and flex cracking, good inherent flame resistance and good resistance to refrigerants and ammonia but there are some limitations also like limited low temperature, poor for fair resistance to oxygenated solvents, poor for w/polar solvents, fair electrical resistivity and poor for fair resistance to aromatic solvents.

Applications: Petroleum products are not present and general sealing. There are some advantages in nitryle rubber manufactured by us like good resistance to hydrocarbon solvents, wide range of service temperatures, excellent cold water resistant properties, good abrasion properties and superior resistance to petroleum based hydraulic fluids. There are some limitations also like poor resistance to oxygenated solvents, it is not recommended for glycol based brake fluids and phosphate ester fluids.

Applications: Nitrile molding used for petroleum product exposure and other molded rubber products. These are used for water and environmental seals in the absence of petroleum products. Good low temperature flexibility, good resistance to alkalis acids and oxygenated solvents, good resistance to glycol based brake fluids, superior resistance to water and excellent resistance to heat sunlight and ozone are some of the advantages found in this product. There are some limitations also like low hydrocarbon solvent resistance, poor gas resistance, poor mineral oil resistance and poor resistance of flames.

Applications: EPDM Polymers are used for water and environmental seals where petroleum products are absent. Excellent resistance to oil, silicone oil and gasoline, good resistance to oxygen, ozone and sunlight, good resistance for flames, and outstanding resistance to high heat are the advantages and limitations are poor resistance to low temperature, poor tear and cut growth resistance, little resistance to oxygenated solvents and fair to water and steam.

They are manufactured from bio-pharmaceutical cured silicone which is processed as per “JRP 40”, JRP “50” , JRP“65” formulation specifications.
