These drum type batching plant are most rugged in design, giving good output at continuous rates. The drive mechanism is very simple. Pan mixers are available in different sizes from 750 to 1875 liters filling capacity. They are robust in construction & accident proof. The pan mixer gives a homogeneous mixing of all different types of concretes and chemicals. The pan mixer's bottom & inner walls are lined up with exchangeable wear plots. Mixers have spring loaded mixing arms fitted on the rotors, these arms are adjustable to compensate the wear and tear to get perfect mix effectively. Mixers are driven by multi stage planeload gear box. The discharge door is operated hydraulically. These pan mixers are available in different models:

With the 5 compartment & electro pneumatically operated discharge gate, automatic compressor & structural steel frame constructed with the aggregate weigh batches, suspension lever frame. Pan type mixer module: Heavy duty steel mixer module with liner plates provided, mixer arm with Ni-hard paddle tips and discharge door operated by power pack unit

Drum type module: Heavy duty mixer steel structure module with liner plates, provided mixing and discharge blades with liner and whole drum rotate on the steel cast heavy duty roller with support and guide roller.
