Our pulleys are fabricated to various sizes with either bare face, crown face & rubber lagged with herringbone grooves. We use special vulcanizing process, which ensure its smooth surface and full surface bond. The shell is made of single rolled plate rim with welded end discs. The pulleys are statically balanced.

We offer idlers with dust collection systems that offers useful versatility where both grinding and buffing are done. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life. Starting equipment is indicated in the chart below. For added safety, the use of an eye shield and a dust collector is suggested. A shaft holding device is provided as standard to simplify wheel changing.

We offer pug mill in which materials are simultaneously ground and mixed with a liquid. Its industrial applications are found in pottery, bricks, cement and some parts of the concrete and asphalt mixing processes. In ceramics pug mills, or commonly just "pugs", are not used to grind or mix, rather they extrude clay bodies prior to shaping processes. Our range of Rotary Breakers are used to break the coal to a predetermined size and remove rock. It is mostly used by the coal washery plants. The rotary principle has the advantage of very low fines production because undersizes coal is immediately screened out. The residual contaminants will get segregated by the Rotary Breaker  which operates on the principle that coal being lighter will break and get segregated by centrifugal force of the rotary breaker and pass through the screen inside the Rotary Breaker. Hard stone and shale will not break under same speed and centrifugal force and hence will be discharged through the reject chute of the Rotary Breaker.
