The valve has a rubber sleeve that is protected under a cast iron casting and the fluid passing through do not come in contact with either body covering or any other metal parts of the valve except the sleeve.

We supply gate valves, also referred to as the sluice valve that opens up by lifting a gate/wedge and is at times used to restrict the flow of fluids as either it opens up or shuts up completely. When open it does not restrict the passage of flow and as a result it leads to low friction loss. Characteristically the rising stem used for visual indication of valve position, non rising stem used where in the vertical space is restricted and the bonnets, be it union, bolted or pressure seal, each one is designed to efficiently function as leak proof closure for the valve body. We supply gate valves of standard dimensions and also make sure that our manufacturers make use of high quality cast iron, cast carbon steel, gun metal, stainless steel, alloy steels and forged steel.

We offering piston valves. The valve up to the size 6" do not have any stuffing box. The salient feature of this valve is that of the piston operation. The piston slides between the two packing rings made of asbestos / PTFE and do not rotate, hence there is minimum ware. The only warring part is the packing ring and that to after an extensive use. The two packing rings are separated by a ported lantern bush. The bottom ring rests on a cast machined groove of the body and upper packing ring is being held and remained pressed by a bonnet on top. The bonnet rests on the top ring, when tightened evenly by the nut of the stud presses the lantern bush which in turn presses the bottom ring.

Our exclusive Trunnion mounted ball valve, the ball rotates without moving on the horizontal axis and the seats freely float on same axis.
