 | The key purpose of this product is to soften hard water, which comprises various calcium and magnesium. We utilize an advanced ion technology, which involves the water to pass through a resin-filled vessel. In this vessel, the sodium ions replace the calcium or magnesium and result in pure and hygienic quality of water. The standard flow range of the water softener is 0.01 to 4.0 (MLD). Request for Quotation Demineralization / Mixed Bed Polisher

 | The demineralization process involves a two-column exchanger unit, comprising SAC and SBA. The water passes through a cation exchanger column, containing H+ form cation resin. This is followed by the anion exchange, containing OH- form of anion resin. The carbon dioxide is eliminated at this stage by a degasser (a mechanical process) or by absorption of the anion resin. This results in a clean and pure quality of water.
The mixed bed is an advanced process comprising a single vessel that holds both the acid cation resin and the anion resin. This results in better deionization of the water. Some of the applications of these products include: -
