Induction Furnace Transformers:
- Manufactured with a stainless steel shield between the windings and the tank
- Operational in different HV ratings depending on the incoming feeder voltage
- Feeds the induction melting furnaces
- Generally operates at 550V on the low voltage side
Arc Furnace Transformers:
- Used for melting of metal that feed the Arc furnace load with voltage varying between 60 to 150 Volts on the LV side
- Offered with very high LV currents
- Proper cooling of the transformers are ensured by providing forced cooling by water with the help of a pump
- To take care of the high temperatures solid copper busbars are available on the LV side
Converter Transformers:
- Converts single phase to three phase and vice versa
- Carries built in gapped core reactor
