Mud Pump (1)
Gear Pump (2)
A mud pump is a reciprocating piston/plunger device designed to circulate drilling fluid under high pressure (up to 7500 PSI) down the drill string and back up the annulus. These come in a variety of sizes and configurations. To reduce severe vibration caused by the pumping process, these pumps incorporate both suction and discharge pulsation dampen. These are connected to the inlet and outlet of the fluid end. The power end converts the rotation of the drive shaft to the reciprocating motion of the pistons. In most cases a cross-head crank gear is used for this.
Self Priming Coupled Pump
We offer a series of mud pumps that self priming centrifugal pumps (self-priming principle explained below) with open/ semi open impeller handling polluted liquids with large diameter suspended solids. The solid rugged design with replaceable wear plate and back pull out design makes it most reliable option.
Some important features of our mud pumps include
These mud pumps are used in various applications like Public utilities: For pumping muddy water, sewage, polluted liquids, solid and in swimming pool, dewatering Basements, Trenches, Construction sites, Onboard shift, as bilge, for desk wash & engine cooling, Tiles & Marble factories, effluent plants, Mobile Machinery : Cooling water for marine engines and shovels, Civil engineering , Flood drainage, sewage pumping, fire fighting, recovery of dangerous liquids, Naval duty, Waste treatment, Construction industry and Agriculture.
