The dTRANS p02 Pressure Transmitter with Display (relative and absolute pressure) of non-aggressive and aggressive gas, vapors and fluids. The fully welded stainless steel measuring system does without seals while guaranteeing maximum process safety and reliability. In its “explosion protected" version the pressure transmitter can be fitted inside the explosive area 'zone 1' to connect to 'zone 0'. The transmitter can be adapted to all applications through integrated operating elements. A comfortable PC setup program for the HART interface is also available.

CANtrans P Ceramic - Pressure Transmitter With CANopen Output are used to record relative and absolute pressures in liquid and gaseous media. The pressure transmitter works according to the thick-film strain gauge measuring principle. The base material of the sensor element is aluminum oxide ceramic (Al2O3). The pressure measured value is digitized and made available through the "CANopen" serial bus protocol for further processing (CAN slave). A number of additional useful functions are achieved with the DS 404 device profile.


All settings can be made using standard CANopen software tools:


  • The sensor monitoring continuously checksror.
  • The pressure measured value can be scaled that the sensor signal function is correct and triggers high-priority emergency telegrams in the event of an er to any desired measuring units (or as a percentage of the measuring range).
  • The fine adjustment features an auto-zero function and a freely adjustable characteristic line offset.
  • Undesired signal fluctuations can be suppressed using the adjustable filter constant.
  • The measured value is output with a choice of decimal place.
  • The measuring range monitoring has a choice of upper and lower limits. The result is output as a status byte along with the measured value in the PDO telegram.
  • The drag indicator function saves the minimum and maximum pressure measured values.
  • The date and name of the last maintenance operation can be saved.
  • The emergency telegram is triggered in the event of a sensor fault.
  • The PDO telegram contains the 32-bit measured value and the 8-bit status. The measured value output can be controlled through various trigger conditions.
  • SDO telegrams can be used to set parameters and to request measured values and statuses.
  • The heartbeat signal or node guarding can also be used to monitor the transmitter function.
  • The sync command can be used to also control measured value transmission.
  • The NMT telegrams are used to control the operating status of the transmitter.
  • The CAN module ID and the CAN baud rate are set either with LSS or SDO.

JUMO dTRANS p20 Process Pressure Transmitter With Flameproof Enclosure with HART® interface combines maximum precision with simple operation. It is used to measure the relative or absolute pressures of gases, vapors, and liquids. The integrated LCD display shows the measured values and device data. The pressure transmitter with flameproof enclosure can be installed up to zone 0.

The case and sensors are made of high-grade stainless steel. Various flush-mounted process connections are available for use to meet requirements for hygiene and also include the EHEDG certified PEKA connection system (see data sheet 409711). Pressure separators can also be connected for particular process technology applications (see data sheets 409772 to 409784).The transmitter is programmable. As a result it is readily adaptable to a variety of different measurement tasks. A convenient setup program is available as an accessory to enable operation via the interfaces. A rotary knob makes manual operation on site very convenient and quick.

p02 Delta Pressure Transmitter With Display the differential pressure of non-aggressive and aggressive gasses, vapors and fluids (-40... + 85°C). The pressure transmitter operates as per the piezoresistive measuring principle. The output signal is a load-independent direct current linear proportional to the input pressure. For flow rate measurement, the output signal can be set with a root extracted characteristic line in relation to the input pressure. In the “ex protected version Ex II 1/2G EEx ia IIC T4-T6“ the pressure transmitter can be fitted inside the explosive area 'zone 1' and connected to 'zone 0'. For special applications, e.g. filling level measurement or for aggressive media, an extensive range of seals are available.

The high Precision Pressure Transmitter with switching contacts and display (JUMO DELOS SI) meets technical hygienic requirements. The JUMO dTRANS p31 Pressure Transmitter For Higher Medium Temperatures is used to measure liquid and gaseous media in hygienic applications. The nominal ranges span from -1 to 0 bar, to a maximum of 0 to 60 bar as 2-wire or 3-wire versions. The large number of process connections allows users to choose between a welded system without seals and a screw-connected system with seals, while still offering modularity in terms of the process connection adapters (JUMO PEKA type 409711). Based on a system of an easy-to-clean front flush design, this transmitter specifically meets the requirements for hygienic process reliability. One significant benefit is the high-temperature measuring cell, which permits a permanently high or strongly fluctuating temperature in the medium of between -30 and +200 °C. Special degrees of roughness for the process connections are available upon request.
