Jumps is engaged in distribution of ZEN Starter Drives in India. Zen s.a. is based in Brazil and is the largest manufacturer of starter drives in the world, a majority of which is supplied to OE manufacturers. The range includes all applications for the Indian market and sufficient stock levels are maintained at Jumps for prompt delivery

Jumps produces a wide range of external fan alternators for 12 volt & 24 volt system and charging capacity from 27 amps to 140 amps. These products are replacements for various European & American applications including Lucas & Bosch.

The rugged construction and rigorous testing process of these units make them conducive for a continuous life cycle for a long time.

A wide variety of products is offered covering 150 popular part numbers, manufactured in a plant that is undergoing automation for various processes such as winding, hot stacking, trickle impregnation etc.

Even in a world dominated by Alternators, there is need for the good old Dynamo Motor also know as Generators. Jumps fulfills this need by manufacturing products to replace Lucas, Hitachi and Delco Remy versions.

Jumps is the sole distributor for Carbon Brushes manufactured by SCHUNK Germany, in the Indian Automotive aftermarket. The complete range of products has been developed and is kept in ready stock for prompt delivery

Jumps produces mechanical type voltage regulators for use with alternators and dynamo motors. These products have the capability for output adjustment. The models in range include products for Lucas, Bosch, Marelli & Delco applications

Manufacturing a range of 80 part numbers covering some popular part numbers to replace Lucas and Bosch products and certified for all critical parameters.

Field Coils are wound on an automatic winding machine, fabric taped by machines and are spot welded using self certifying fixtures. The product range is predominantly Lucas & Bosch replacements for units produced by Jumps.
