Incorporated in the year 2002, we - Jyoti Industries are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a vast assortment of plastic utility-products for domestic & commercial usage. Usage of modern blow molding & injection molding processes makes us a preferred bulk supplier. Other than this, we have newly launched another range of toys and household accessories. All our products are manufactured at our production unit in Vasai. Here, we have well integrated unit comprising all modern facilities related to production, quality and other procedures. All the processes are sincerely monitored by Mr. Hitesh R. Shah who has five years of experience in the plastic industry. With his thought provoking guidance and a committed team support, we look forward to more productivity enhancement and expansion. Our future plan even lies in business expansion in household, cosmetic caps for mineral water and pharmaceutical industries.

We are a reckoning name in manufacturing and supplying injection molding products, household products, blow molding products like plastic cosmetic bottles, plastic garment hangers, plastic containers, plastic bathwares, etc. Other than these products, we have even brought a range of products related to toys, writing slates, portable cloth hangers and many more. The range of injection molding products encompasses jelly containers and others. With respect to the household ones, we offer salt case, pepper case, etc. When it comes to blow molding products, we present talcum body powder bottles and many more. All our products are manufactured using superior grade HD, LD, PP, HIPS, R 120, ABS, Polystyrene, LLDP. All the raw material are procured from reliance and IPCL.

At our unit, we have our quality testing division wherein we encompass various testing equipment so as to determine the quality of the product. We conduct strength tests and leak tests for our products at regular interval of 2 days and for each lot in 8 days. Tests likes functional tests, reliability testing, product development testing and others are done on our end. From the time of raw materials to in-process manufacturing to final product, we stringently test each phase.
