Jyoti was initiated by Mr. P.G. Jadeja and Mr. S.L.Jadeja in 1989.

Driven by a vision to build the company into a temple of technology through team work, the organization has grown manifold from manufacturing gear boxes for machines to developing precision all-geared head lathe machines and later on sophisticated CNC Machines. Continuous process improvement and fast adoption of State-of-the-art technology has led Jyoti in becoming a leader in innovating manufacturing techniques. Jyoti is respected as “A Temple of Technology” by the staff and its esteemed clientele, who welcome and worship the new technology.

Further to transform the technology-savvy attitude into reality, Jyoti started designing and manufacturing the wonder babies like CNC Turn Mill Centers, CNC Oval Turning Machines (the first in India), fastest Vertical Machining Center of India, etc. Jyoti is proud of the fact that its transition through technology-orientation was destined towards effectively revolutionizing the Indian Industry. This aspect has always been reflected through the company motto.

Being a part of Indian manufacturing fraternity we are committed to extend the best of our efforts for the development of Nation economically as well as technologically.

Machine tool industry as a backbone of most of the manufacturing industries which contributes significantly to the GDP of the Nation. Hereby, the role of any machine tool manufacturing company in the development of nation is vital. As a conscious corporation entitled to prosper the life with an ample usage of technology, Jyoti sincerely strives for persistent betterment in products and services offered to customers. • 1988-Jyoti established.

• 1989- Introduced trouble free gear-boxes for small lathes.

• 1992- Designed all geared head lathes.

• 1994- Designed several special purpose machines that helped textile industry to bring substantial price reduction in component manufacturing.

• 1996-Designed twin spindle (chuker) type machine. The first in Rajkot.

• 1997- Designed and Manufactured first CNC turning centre in Gujarat.

• 2000-Achieved the international standard of quality mgmt. system an ISO 9001:1994 certification from TUV,  Designed and Manufactured first CNC turn mill centre & participation in INTEC' 2000 at Coimbatore.

• 2001-Designed and Manufactured "SECT" - The first Indian machine for non-circular turning applications. Designed and Manufactured "VMC 40 Linear" - The first Indian machine having linear motors introduced to get higher dynamics for faster production rates. Honored with the CMTI-PMT award for "The Best Innovative Machine Design" at IMTEX 2001. Honored with the Machinist award for "The Best Stall in IMTEX' 2001".

• 2002- Participated in ENGIMACH' 02 organized in Ahmedabad. Honored with "The Best Innovative Technology Display" award at the show. Participated in "TAGMA" at Mumbai (www.tagmaindia.org). Participated in National Manufacturing Technology Show (NMTS) at Bangalore.

• 2003-Participation in EMO 2003 at Milano, Italy. Achievement of ISO 9001:2000 Certification from TUV.

• 2004- Achieved CMTI-PMT award for "The Best Innovatie Design" IMTEX' 2004 Mumbai. Designed and Manufactured CNC laser cutting machine for Diamond Industry. Achieved Fie foundation award for CNC oval turning maching during IMTEX' 2004. Acquired the prestigious "CE Safety Markings" for our products.

• 2005-Honored with the CII “Best Entrepreneurship of the year” award for 2004-05.

• 2006-Jyoti Huron-France Tie up. Export House Certification. Black Pearl Award for Display & Demonstration of Best Innovative Technology at Engimach 2006.

• 2007-Acquired Huron Graffenstaden at Strasbourg, France which is one of the most reputed high tech CNC machine manufacturing company of Europe , catering machines to sophisticated Aerospace and Automobile industries.

• 2008-Meaningful Technological Innovation Award at Engimach’08
  held at Ahmedabad.

• 2001-The Machinist award in Imtex' 2001. CMTI-PMT Trust award in Imtex' 2001 for the Best Innovative Machine Design.

• 2002-Award for the Best Innovative Technology Display in Engimach 2002.

• 2003-Mr. Parakramsinh Jadeja, CMD, Jyoti CNC Automation Pvt. Ltd., has recently achieved a National award for “Best Entrepreneurship, Year 2003“ from his excellency president of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam On behalf of Ministry of Small Industries, Govt. Of India.

The Human Resource Development Department is committed to support the Jyoti CNC Automation Pvt. Ltd.'s mission of providing excellence in CNC Automation. It addresses employee issues and concerns. One such specialized team is that of Training & Development. Presently, the training unit is involved in programs like developing CNC Operating skills, techniques and lesson planning. Jyoti has always come forward with best of its efforts to help the society in the time of natural calamities like Tsunami, Earth quake etc. Jyoti co-sponsors 59th National Basketball Championship at Surat, 31st December.’08 onwards. Jyoti extended backbone supported to Rotary Club for establishment of a mini hospital in G.I.D.C. itself to facilitate immediate medical aids to workers of G.I.D.C.

We often arrange activities like Blood donation camps etc. As a part of social responsibility Jyoti has established the technology centre at Chennai and Rajkot and had already purchased the land to establish the third one at Pune. Jyoti welcomes here the young generation of engineers and management trainees to come and experience the practical working environment through in house trainings to bridge the gap between the academic syllabus and practical implementation.

Apart from these Jyoti regularly sponsors various technical/management events for the institutes in and around city of Rajkot. Sponsorship of “Vibrant 2006” (National level Robot Competition), “Mechanger 2007” (National technical paper presentation competition for engineering students) at VVP Engineering College and a seminar on “Brand Management“ (For management professionals and students) can be considered as a success story from the front of CSR. Again, as a part of its social responsibility it also sponsored a nine year old girl named Sweety Patel for a world school chess championship this year held at Greece, and as a matter of pride, she won the same from the competitors from more than 42 countries. Jyoti has undertaken a responsibility to provide a professional training to her from Russian coach and a stay at Russia.

Furthermore, Students sponsored by Jyoti has won a national level robot competition held at Bangalore and added a feather in a cap of Jyoti.

Jyoti maintains a green and lusty area that has an eye-soothing layout with an intention to provide a hygienic and stress free working environment to its members. The production of Jyoti does not fall under the category of pollution creating activities. Any chance of air pollution during any of the production processes is strictly eliminated at Jyoti.

Water outflow is well maintained through proper drainage lines and sanitation planning. Excessive rain water is also channelized properly for outflowing without creating any pollution. As far as the Noise pollution is concerned our machines follow the stringent norms of noise pollution standards as per the “CE” safety standards. Regular inspection through independent bodies like ERTL certifies the machines without any possibility of noise pollution.

Jyoti was awarded for proper environment management by GIDC, Lodhika where the plants are located. Attaining the ISO 14001 certificate is on our futuristic agenda.

• Three planes (Surfaces) /dimensions indicates three axes which is in line with our product terminology.

• The shape of each individual indicates the dynamism of moving parts as well as the combination of three itself indicates the "synchronization of all velocities". (All our resources).

• The logo with three shapes represents our theory of 3M. i.e Man, Machine & Material The synchronization of them by 4th M Method.

• The individual shape gives the sense of Comma sign (,) which indicates still the scope of Enhancement, betterment and innovation.

• Interestingly, the shape does fall nearer to our great mythological single word Mantra (“AUM”)

• Each shape shows the letter “J “ of Jyoti.

• There is particular logic behind selecting the colour scheme, the recall value of orange is found to be greater.

• Scientifically also the wavelengths of orange lights boosts our temperament by emitting positive energies.
