The cups to be filled are stacked in the first station and are picked and placed on to the Rotary table for further operation. The second station employs a combination of volumetric piston cylinder and a rotary spool valve for the purpose of filling the product, which is from a 25 liter built-in Hopper. The product feeding to the hopper and level control of the product level in the hopper to be arranged by the customer or can be supplied at extra cost.
The third station houses pre-cut aluminum lids in a magazine and the lids are dispensed (placed on the cups) one at a time in a synchronous fashion. The fourth station has an electrically heated punch, which seals the lid on to the cup. Special designs allow very long life of the heater. The fifth station has an optional contact rubber stereo printing unit {at extra cost} with typical printing area of 25x 25 mm. This is useful in printing data [date, batch code etc.] on top of the sealed cup. The sixth station duly ejects the finished cups onto a turntable or chute.

Volumetric Fillers are ideal for filling dry, free flowing products like Detergent Powders, Pharmaceutical Powders, Chemical Powders, Pesticides, Whole Spices, Sugar, Salt amongst many others. The machines operate on the principle of VOLUMETRIC PORTIONING with a provision of volume adjustment. The machine discharges the set quantity of product into pouch/container held under the discharge hopper.

The machine is sturdy, compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of a rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets of different tube sizes. The filling syringe pump along with SS filling block is fitted with non-return value to prevent tailing of the material. No tube no fill process switch.
SS plain hopper of 25 kg. capacity. There is volume controller for setting fine volume filling adjustment and accuracy. (Jacketed hopper along with stirrer provided - optional.)
The hot air blower tool is fitted on aluminum brackets, one hot air blowing nozzle is provided according the tube sizes along with the basic machine. (Interchangeable hot air blowing nozzles for different tubes provided, optional).
The sealing of the tubes is done pneumatically, there are metal jaws for sealing the tubes. The trimmer is also pneumatically operated for trimming the access portion of the sealed tubes. (Batch coding provided in the sealing station, one set types provided with basic machine).
The tubes are automatically ejected. The machine is covered with SS 304 Q steel. The contact parts if required can be provided in SS 316 Q
Machine is equipped with built-in Microprocessor. Equipped with pneumatic cylinders and valves of world class make. Stretching unit applies sliding guide, with stretching length adjustable as required, to the height of the bottle Mould. A pressure reduction/adjusting valve controls the speed of stretching and the opening and closing of the moulds. Excessive compressed air is exhausted through silencer. Two optional methods, manual or automatic operation are available and is convenient for testing, production and maintenance. Speed of production - 500/600 bottles per hour.
Easy Adjustments of quantities. Positive Cut-off Valve for drip free fillings. Can handle products of various viscosities in Jars, Bottles, Tubes and other containers of various shapes and sizes. All contact parts are in Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
All operations are automatic except loading of containers on conveyor. Automatic collection of filled containers on collection tray/ conveyers. No container - No fill system.
