Kaaryans Technical Ceramics was formed in 2005. We are the very first and only company today in India to provide micro machining on sintered ceramic blanks. Company has grown by a vast experience of more than 17 years of company's President. His 17 years of experience from United States of America in field of Technical ceramics is the key point of the quality products offered my our company today. Kaaryans Technical Ceramics has manufacturing plant located in state of Gujarat , India and it fully supports a comprehensive customer service and technical support network. The company has the structure and the capability to work with global businesses at international and national level. The Kaaryans Technical Ceramics Journey 1991. Our President joined a Ceramic manufacturing company as a machinist in San Jose, California, USA 1995. Became a Supervisor of plant in same company and provided the company with good yield of quality production parts. Job responsibilities included software programming of CNC machines, programming furn? Started his own company in partnership with another co worker known as Alumina Services Incorporated in San Jose,CA, USA. From this company, they supported customers like Lockheed Martin, Applied Materials, Novellus systems, Lam research corporation, Perkin elmer optoelectronics, Intel, Electroglas, Genus, Linear Technology, etc. 2005 : In order to provide better quality ceramic products to the Industry on more cost effective basis, started construction of new facility of Kaaryans Technical Ceramics in 2006 in India to utilize skilled and cheaper labor sources available in India. We are the first and only company in India today to provide micro machining of Ceramic and Quartz products as well as all other engineering materials used in today's ever changing Technical world of Ceramics. 2007: After completion of new manufacturing facility in March,2007, Kaaryans Technical Ceramics commenced the full fledge manufacturing in April 2007 in India and started working with world known companies of India and Asian market. Today we supply our Products to various companies in India , Singapore , Taiwan , Korea , Malaysia and USA. Kaaryans Technical Ceramics has complete in-house capabilities to design, engineer, tool and manufacture technical ceramics to customer requirements. We specialize in prototype through production quantities of ceramic parts used in thermal shock, wear, corrosion and electrical insulation applications.
