We make cold drawn bars from 6 mm to 32 mm in all grades of material such as Alloy steel, Non alloy steel, medium carbon, mild steel etc.as per the customer requirement in tolerance in diameter and length. We ahve the facility to ground the material also.

We make peeled and as well as ground bars depending on the requirement of the customer from diameter 18 mm to 40 mm in all grade of material like stainless steel, alloy steel and non alloy steel.

Our range of U bolts is a high tensile component in Grade 8.8, 9.8 and 10.9 as per IS 1367-2002 from diameter 10 mm to 24 mm and lenght 150 mm to 625 mm. Thread size M10 to M24, Pitch - 1, 1.25,1.5 and 2.0 mm or as per customer requirement. The bolts are supplied either painted or plated as per requirement

These U bolts are made from mild steel in grade 5.6 and 5.8 as per IS 1367 - 2002. The size range is 8 mm to 24 mm and length from 80 mm to 600 mm in thread size and surface finish ( Painted /plated) as required by the customer.

Studs in both soft and hardened condition are made by us. The size in from 8 mm to 22 mm and length is 50 mm to 150 mm. material and the condition of supply is as per customer requirement.

These cotter pins are frequently used to secure king pins in the vehicles, again they are available in both hardened and soft condition as per the customer requirement. They can be supplied aeither in plated, phosphated or oil coated conditions.

They are bar stock machined components made as per customer drawing. They may be part of suspension, engine, cabin, transmisson etc. It may also be part of sub assemblies.

These king pins are case hardened automotive components used in front axle. It is a safety component and has to go through high quality test before it can be supplied to the customer.

We make special heat treated washers for special application like in engines, suspensions etc.
