This unit has agency of a Swiss Company making Engineering Plastic and are supplying various components to Automobile and Engineering Companies for gears, spacer, bushes etc.

We manufacture a vast range of forged machined components like conical, cylindrical and triangular components that are as per defined standards. Forged and machined to perfection at manufacturer's end, these components are generally used in automobiles and general engineering industries.

Heat Treated Components ( Induction, Case Carburising & Through hardening)

Heat treated components are processed by heat treatment methods which offer major improvements in tensile mechanical properties and enhancement of a range of other material properties for HPDC components. This process is done by conventional heat treatment equipment. Components are heat treated in our state-of-the-art carbonization oven.Bars are heated using the induction coil system.
