Since 1989 i step in this profession. I was doing job in bombay paints for three years. After that i got an opportunity to take an contract of painting on my own skill with help and guidance of mr. Rajeshbhai joshi who is interior designer by profession in dhaisar. When i took this contract of painting i had only three labours with me and i was fourth one working in my firm. I get newer opportunities in this field due to my skill and prompt service. I am always giving importance to time, hard work, surety, trust, quality and satisfaction of customer in my work. Due to this i had got chance to show my skill in various cities in maharashtra like mumbai, pune, nasik, karmala, mahableswar, satara, and chiplun. I have also got an opportunity in jaipur to show my skill. With blessings of god i am doing all types of painting and polishing which includes texture painting, diko melamite polish and laminations,etc. I have an experience of working in metal painting in big industries like cooper foundries in satara m. I. D. C. Now a days i have a team of more than 50 labours in my firm to fulfill our and your costumers. ? Dustier painting contractors use a variety of methods to coat surfaces with paint. In this way rust, grit, dust and chemicals can easily be removed to leave a virgin surface ready for the paint application. Powder coating, for example, is a process where particles of dry paint have an electrostatic charge applied before being positioned on a grounded surface. ? For powder coating to work it is of course necessary for the surface being treated to be electrically conductive. Originally this meant only metal surfaces. However, recent technological advanced have meant that other surfaces, including such unlikely ones as plastic and wood, can now also be treated in this way.
? Coil coating, also known as roll coating, is a high speed method of applying a coating of paint to a metal surface. It is a continuous process, which is why it is a fast method. It is also the most cost-effective and energy-efficient method of getting paint on to a metal surface, as well as being extremely kind to the environment.
? Spray coating is a more common way to apply paints on to a surface, and as such it is extensively used by industrial painting contractors. This method can also deliver resins and sealants effectively under pressure. The inherent messiness associated with this kind of delivery through overspray can be greatly minimized by applying an electrostatic charge to the spray.
