Who We Are
The foundation of our company Kadlas Oil Mill was laid way back in the year 1993. Since then there has been no turning back and we have successfully made a market for our highly useful neem, jatropha and karanja products, having medicinal properties. The varied range of our products comprises of Neem Amrut, Neem Organic Manure, Neem Amrut Kernel Kake, Neem Amrut Kernel Oil, Neem Amrut Seed Fertilizer & Oil, Neem Fruit, Neem Amrut Fruit Oil, Castor Manure & Oil and karanja Manure. Our products are known for their healing and disinfecting properties and hence are used in a number of industries for manufacturing a whole gamut of products. These are also extensively used as agricultural inputs because of the their usage as Organic manure. We also have the ability to process neem oil into liquids that can be sprayed to crops in the form of pesticides and insecticides. When mixed with soil these neem products improve its fertility and also its capacity to hold water.

Packing & Delivery
Our company gives due importance to packing of our products. We do individual as well as bulk packaging as per the requirement of the customers. For individual packing, the products are stored in bottles, jars etc. made from HDPE plastic and other suitable material. These are properly labeled with company's name, manufacturing and expiry date, directions for use and other useful information about the products. We also pack the products in barrels and other sea worthy packing for delivering to long distances.
We also have strategic tie-ups with renowned C&F agents who facilitate delivery of our products within the stipulated time frame. They have a fleet of delivery vehicles that transit the products to their rightful destinations. |
Quality Assurance
We are a quality driven company catering to the requirements of our quality conscious customers. During the processing of our products we ensure that proper hygiene is maintained at the unit. Apart from this, we are supported by an in-house testing laboratory that is equipped requisite testing equipment and tools. The presence of hi tech tools facilitates us in obtaining accurate results. We have a team of quality controllers whose job is to maintain a close scrutiny on the entire processing stage. Under their watchful eye, it is assured that no sub-standard work will be tolerated and entertained. They also engage in supervising various laboratory tests, manual tests and chemical tests for our raw as well as finished range of products. |
Sophisticated Infrastructure
We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure expanding over a land area of 0.40 hectares and a built up area of 11,000 sq.ft. Our vast production area is equipped with latest machines that enable us to process the our products hygienically and on a faster pace. We operate two plants for facilitating our business. These are divided into two spheres, namely:
* Solvent extraction Plant
* 40 TDP Oil Mill
We have the capacity to process 2000 to 3000 tonnes of neem fruits and seeds and have an annual production capacity of 1000 tonnes per year. Our vertically integrated manufacturing facility has all the facilities for carrying out all the stages for processing the raw materials. These stages are:
* Drying
* Cleaning wet fruits
* Kernel separation
* Expelling
* Pelleting
* Pulverizing
* Solvent Extraction

Narayan Waghmode and Ashok Waghmode who have a vast industry experience. It is their progressive outlook that has compelled us to take to manufacturing of Jatropha and similar cakes and non-edible oils.
