Special Concentricity cum run out checking gauges : The concentricity of two circular surfaces , run out , O.D.  within 5 micron

This electronic gauge is used to read weight, pressure, flow, RPM, SPM, etc with the help of appropriate dial. Our range of gauge can be used in conjunction with a digital display, either built in, or separate. Capitalising on our Tool room experience and designing background we are capable of establishing the mass scale auto components manufacturing process on conventional machines. We pride ourselves for this achievement because this development provides flexibility to do manufacturing on CNC machines and conventional GPMs.

This ensures that economy could be sustainable even in small production targets ( few hundreds) with GPMs, which would be otherwise impossible with Huge CNC setups and expensive Toolings. We develop one such type of component for GM India on simple Lathes and Milling M/cs. There are other components also which are being manufactured on similar patterns with Technology and toolings designed by us.
