1. Preparation of Electrical Distribution Schemes : Right from the point of electrical     supply to the last electrical terminal in the plant. These activities would incorporate     following.:

• Design of HV/LV sub-station, elect. Installation of industries, Highrise buildings,Lay-outs etc.

• Determining of Transformer Capacities.

• Preparation of single line diagrams.

• Design Motor Control Centers /Power Distribution Boards.

• Calculations of appropriate cable size and laying of cables & connection.

• Optimization of light distribution schemes.

• Preparation of electrical layouts.

• Earthing and lighting protection designs.

 

1. Preparation of specifications of electrical items required for procurement.

2. Preparation of documents necessary for submitting to the statutory authorities for their approval and follow-up till the final approval is obtained.

3. Preparation of control interlocking schemes for special drives processes.

4. Appraisal of existing and/or proposed relay and protection schemes for the electrical design system and preparing fresh schemes whatever necessary

5. System study for calculating short circuit level, Voltage dip while starting large drives, starting toques etc. to ascertain suitable of drive as well as type of starter used.

6. Study of preparation of relevant documents such as SLD, distribution system control wiring scheme, layout etc. for existing electrical installations useful for:

   2. To ascertain the possibility of future expansion.

   3. Renovation of the existing electrical installation so as to make use of the latest equipment’s which are not only of technically higher standard giving reliability in operation , but also will minimize maintenance as well as cost of spares inventory.

8. Designing and fabricating of panels, switchboards, starter panels, control and

relay panels etc.

 

9. Turnkey jobs of complete electrical installation right from HT to LT.
