It is recommended for light and medium sized components where the surface is to be cleaned to impart a fine matte finish. Suction blasting is useful for heat treatment shops, tool, dyeand mould makers etc. Suction blasting machines are incorporated with a reclaimer that ensures uniform cleaning and finishing each time and in every operation. This is achieved by an automatic abrasive cleaning system built into thereclaimer. The dust and debris are separated and only clean and sized abrasives are carried to blast ensuring a homogeneous finish.

Kailash Industries make Pneumatic Indexing Machine can be used for product filling, valve insertion, crimping and gassing. Indexing machineis an extremely economical machine suited to a wide range of working operations. The machine works on the suction blasting principle. Blast cabinet is fitted with a bearing mounted indexing turntable, with number of indexing positions. One indexing satellite stands outside the blast cabinet for job loading and unloading while other satellites stands inside the blast cabinet. Rotary indexing machines are incorporated with a reclaimer that ensures uniform cleaning and finishing each time and in every operation. Kailash Industries make Pressure blasting machine works on the direct pressure principle of blasting. The pressure blasting machine produces high abrasive velocity which results in completing the job at a faster rate. A pressure vessel, directly bolted below a hopper of a cabinet, has an automatic abrasive refilling arrangement. A fabric bag dust collector is attached with the cabinet for high efficiency of dust collection. A manual shaker is also provided on the dust collector for bag shaking. The pressure blaster is recommended for fast cleaning, removal of heavy rust and corrosion using coarse abrasives. It is most suitable for etching the surface needed for rubber lining; FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) lining and metal spraying, castings and forgings are cleaned speedily. Blast pressure can be controlled from 30 to 90 psig. Almost all types and sized abrasives can be used for blasting, depending on the application.
