In keeping with our focus of producing a high quality product in a consistent, cost effective manner, we are working towards obtaining ISO 9001 certification for our Quality Management System.

Testing facilities to inspect both the input raw material quality and the quality of the finished products are available at our factory. Each employee is trained to utilize the testing equipment and process control mechanisms relevant to their function. Supervisors with appropriate technical qualifications oversee and certify the process. Testing facilities available include gauges to ensure that the dimensions of the finished product are within specified limits, measuring tools and hardness testers to determine that the dimensional and other characteristics of the input raw materials are within specifications and a semi automatic sealing machine to ensure that the functionality of the product is consistent and assured.

We encourage and welcome regular visits by our customers to our unit to carry out Quality Audits Inspections to enable them to satisfy themselves of the consistency of our product.
