About UsIn its state-of-the-art facility located at Changodar near Ahmedabad, KAIZEN INDUSTRIES manufactures mineral-based fillers, extenders, and reinforcing additives conforming to international standards. These products are aimed and marketed for use in the plastics, paint, rubber, paper, and cosmetics industries. The facility at the Plant processes various minerals sourced from the Company¿s own captive mines and also from other mines. These high-grade mineral deposits from the regions of Rajasthan and Gujarat are processed to the various micronised grades by the pulverisation and sieving processes on the latest machinery.
TECHNOLOGY & KNOW HOW: Kaizen & Minerals Generally every mineral differs in its structure from region to region; viz dolomite differs from another dolomite specimen from another area. Talc and Soapstone in particular are known to pulverise quickly in the first phase of micronisation without even the initial granulating procedure. This property is unique to these two minerals, and hence energy saving. So also other minerals pulverise according to their hardness characteristics etc.
Kaizen's acquisition of geomorphous specimens is determined by years of experience in identifying lumps of minerals that are uniquely suitable and conform to lab parameters. These parameters are originally confirmed for consistency in microparticles that have been standardised for pulverisation/micronisation. Their team of mineral scientists ensure product quality by extensive quality checks right from mining to micronising, in the Company¿s in-house lab to ensure that the customer gets a product of optimum quality, and which meets stringent standards even under the most accurate spectroscopic analysis to ascertain purity and quality. |
