200 X 200 mm for cavity solid mould for Columbia Machine. These solid mould used for producing solid blocks. These
blocks are designed using latest process technologies. Our solid
moulds meet all the existing quality standards of the trade. Field
trials of these moulds have shown the production capacity of more
than 3 lakhs.

| | We manufacture 8 solid block mould
specifically designed for Masa Super Block Machine. These specific
moulds are designed to produce 6 of time alloy steel mould, ensuring
a better life span. This particular mould is of dismantled type,
facilitating the change of different components individually.

42 cavity rectangular mould manufactured from our unit is designed to
suit the specifications of Konuvar Machine. We also manufacture large paver
mould for multi layer machine. Apart from these rectangular mould we are also into the

for Colombia machine. In this regular mould all the cavities are
wire-cut to arrive at perfect, even shape and size. These regular mould are also

supplying qualitative hollow block mould which have wide application
in different areas of construction. These hollow block mould are customized for
Besser, Hess, Masa and Columbia range of machines. 6¿ to 150

from these, we also manufacture multi cavity bottom closed moulds.
