We have come a long since the day when this summer residence of the former Maharaja of Dinajpur was converted into a gust house with three bedrooms way back in 1978. Our service offerings include luxury hotel services, restaurant services, recreational services, car hire services. Today our hotel has 27 Deluxe rooms including three Deluxe Suites, and well appointed public areas with a porch, patio and garden area. In keeping with the 'three star' persona of our hotel we have put on anvil a major expansion plan of adding a two unit cottage and an eight rooms duplex with services and facilities to match high end luxury hotel. Ours is a hotel for the seekers of unimpeded privacy and virgin nature. About one kilometer uphill from town, our property sits like a sentinel on a ridge facing Kalimpong town. With the Kanchenjunga massif towering majestically on the left the hotel faces north-east, and has a 270 degree panoramic view of the hills and the lush green valleys. Our services and facilities are straight out of the sepia tinted pages of Raj hospitality. The food from our various restaurants is gourmet's delight and the services enough to spoil a royal guest. Most visitors come for a few days, linger on, and come again to savor the many holiday options available. A Kalimpong based holiday, with forays into the countryside offers a true "Town and Country" holiday, comprising Kalimpong town delights, relaxation, walking and trekking holidays, forest and flora exploration, bird and butterfly watching, Buddhist tours and meditation, River Rafting, Mountain Biking, and nature and Culture tours, or just a "relax and laze" holiday.
