Product Application
| Our products, which are performance chemicals and formulations, need to demonstrate the performance under near-user conditions. Our Application Laboratory which is equipped with Rheometer, Laboratory extruder, MFI tester, two roll mill, dynamic heat stability tester, hydraulic press etc. simulate the conditions of production shop floor and hence can reasonably predict product performance. |

Quality Policy / ProcessesWe firmly believe Quality is not an event but a journey. Rather, it is a mind-set. In line with this belief , our quality control does not begin and end in the laboratory. We have made consistent efforts to percolate the quality culture right from top management to the plant operator levels.
The journey begins with the strict quality checks for the raw material used, proceeds to the in-process testings, analytical testing of finished products and finally the application tests for the performance products such as One Pack Stabilizer systems.
For this we have put in world class infrastructure which includes analytical instruments, heat stability tester (Congo red tester), dynamic heat stability tester, LOI tester, MFI tester, rheometer and a laboratory extruder.
