Our manufacturing unit is spread in an area of 4000 sq feet with an excellent installation capacity where in we successfully tailor our product adopting latest technological advances at our manufacturing unit.

Our wire flattening mill is used for the production of a number of Micro sections / shapes & foils of various different alloys such as Copper, Stainless Steel, and Nickel & Nickel based super alloys. For annealing & stress relieving we have state of the art furnace with thyristor controlled & inert atmosphere of 100% Hydrogen. This furnace is operated with only ±1ºC variation.
Owing a thyristorised, PID controlled operated continuous annealing furnace, we have been able to maintain a constant temperature. Owing to the strict temperature control and ienert atmosphere we are able to achieve proper anneling and stress revailing.
