We have designed and developed a precision engineered range of Vertical Continuous Casting Plant (VCCP) which is used for casting of OFHC copper & copper base alloys. These have been developed after gaining a long experience in the field of copper and copper alloys smelting / refining / melting and various types of casting such as conventional, down casting, semi continuous casting, and horizontal continuous casting plants. With the use of these machines, we have been able to develop Copper Strip Casting up to 400 mm width.

This plant is the best process for achieving casting of OFHC copper and have minimal or no exposure of liquid melts to the atmosphere. Therefore particular copper can be cast with single furnace having 2 interconnected chambers. These two chambers are also called melting chamber & holding chamber (casting chamber). A with drawl machine is located above the holding furnace which is fastened with die cooler so that the die can be immersed to a certain depth in to the melt.
Further, this casting machines can also be used for casting of Zinc & Zinc based alloys & Aluminum & Aluminum based alloys.
