Established in the year 1969, Kalyan Engineers one of the prominent companies involved in manufacture and export of a wide assortment of precisely engineered industrial products that includes pump accessories, industrial pump parts, pump impellers, cast iron impellers, finished impellers, polished impellers, motor cooling fans, submersible pump parts, motor pulleys, compressor pulleys, flour mill spring, volute chambers, mono-block and coupled loose & fast pulley pump parts and basically impellers of all type of pumps.

In 1969 basically manufacturing loose and fast pully pumps in brand name kalyan the factory was situated in just 1500 square feet and the production was about 400 impellers per annum for 40 types of pump only. From 1971, it exculsively entered in the making parts of agricultural, industrial, chemical industry, sugar, paper industry and pump parts mainly in impellersor rotares.

We make dynamically balanced impellers, volute chambers, gland plates, tringular plates, fan covers, pulling fan and others concerned pump and motor parts in cast iron, stainless steel of every grade, gun metal, bronze, alumunium and all the metals as per the requirement  of the customers. Other casting items can also be made. We also manufacture pullies for compressors. Every item is dynamically balanced through computarised machines.

Since 1st April, 2004 our firm took the name of 'KALYAN IMPELLERS & SPARES PVT. LTD' situated in approx 60,000 square feet and daily production has reached approx 500 impellers per day which can enhance also as per requirement. We manufacture about 8000 types of impellers of near about 400 type of renowed pump makers at present and can make any type of products with your design and drawing along with sample.we can modified impeller of any type with coustomer guidance and our experience for better efficency and output at nominal cost. We specialise in many varieties of impellers in any metal and size. We can also make any casting item as required.Now we are supplying the impellers in any metal and size.Under the able and efficient guidance of our mentor and owner Mr.Harsh Vardhan Khanna, Mr. Abhimanyu Khanna and Mr Daksh khanna and management , we have been able to achieve a remarkable and reputed position as a manufacturer and supplier of our qualitative assortment of industry specific products. For each part from ststep pattern making, moulding, casting, shot blasting, machining, balancing, finishing, every step is in house of our unit under supervision of our expert and qualified technician.

We have a separate quality control unit that comprises various testing facilities to check on quality parameters of our manufactured range. All the machines and equipment we use are well operated and regular maintenance work is carried out to keep them efficient to give utmost performance.
