11BP - Automatic NozzlesThe OPW 11 series automatic nozzles are OPW’s premium conventional nozzles for safe retail and commercial petroleum filling. The OPW 11 series is the most trusted conventional nozzle in the world for full service use. The OPW 11b series is designed for use in retail and commercial filling applications including prepay, self and full service, credit/debit card readers or card-lock systems to help prevent gasoline spills. Manual Nozzles | We have the capability to manufacture and supply superior quality manual nozzle which are being used for farm utility (gravity or low pressure) for fueling diesel, kerosene and low corrosive liquid etc.
A robust manual trigger nozzle is suitable for both pumped and gravity applications, enclosed within a tactile anti-shock case. Designed for higher flow and pressure applications than it’s predecessor the self 3000 also features an anti-hammer valve head, making it suitable for more viscous applications. These diesel fuel nozzles can also be used on low pressure systems efficiently and includes an integral 1” BSP swivelling inlet.

210 High Flow NozzlesThe high flow nozzles facilitate rapid dispensation of fuels in larger volumes so are ideal for heavy-duty, high flow truck, bus and fleet services. The low cost and durable fuel nozzle provides excellent service to full service truck stops, fleet refueling and offers efficient management of cardlock refueling location. The OPW 7H® high flow nozzle facilitates increased productivity, sales and profits. Features: - Aluminum body - lighter weight, easier to maneuver.
- Dual poppets - allows for low-flow metering.
- Replaceable hold-open rack - for use when fueling large-capacity tanks. Nozzle must be attended at all times during usage.
- Dash pot - non-adjustable, to minimize closing line shock.
- Right angle design - provides larger lever area for better grip and easier control; permits nozzle to fit into awkward spaces close to walls and into corners.
- Drag lugs - protect the nozzle when dragged across rough surfaces; adds to long life with rough usage.
- Easily replaced spout - the spout is simply threaded into the body. Replacement spouts are readily available from OPW.

K40 is an oil meter with oval gears and mechanical counter. The oval gear measuring system guarantees high precision with low pressure loss and, thanks to the mechanical display system, the meter can be used in even the worst conditions. A strong aluminium body provides advanced resistance to high pressures.

Electronic meter with oval gears for controlling and measuring low, medium and high viscosity fluids. The oval gear measuring system provides extremely precise delivery accompanied by low pressure loss.
All K600 functions are managed by an electronic card and battery powered microprocessor. The card controls both display and meter calibration.
