Diesel Fuel Transfer Pump Assembly

Diesel fuel transfer assembly consisting of an innovative, vertically-installed centrifugal pump with a built-in tank connection. Equipped with 12 v or 24 v dc motor or 230 v ac motor. The assembly comes complete with suction and delivery hoses, a manual or automatic delivery nozzle and an intake filter. Also available with flow-meter. Compact and easy to use, the transfer assembly can be installed directly on fuel drums or on tanks, with no need for adapters. Thanks to the different voltages available the assembly can be used in a variety of applications, e. G. For fuelling vehicles on work sites or company facilities or fuelling boats in marine installations.
Can be powered by batteries or from the electricity mains. The version with the electronic turbine flow-meter measures the quantities delivered with an accuracy of +/- 1%. Simple and versatile, for a host of applications.

This is a portable unit for transferring Diesel fuel, fitted with a pump run by a 12 V or 24 V DC electric motor.
Thanks to its small size, reliability and simple installation, it is specially useful when fuel must be transferred or dispensed safely having only battery power on hand, as in construction sites, on boats and in agriculture.

All the tools required for transferring fuel, hoses included, are contained in this strong, compact and easy to transport handy box. The container’s main purpose is to keep clean the parts that come in contact with the diesel. A good example is the suction hose may gather dust, if not adequately protected. Sand and dirt could contaminate the fuel when used the time after. The horizontal-split container makes piusibox an eco-friendly drip-catcher. Independent mobile unit for oil transfer

Viscotroll DC is the ideal solution for dispensing oil any time, anywhere, without using compressed air or power mains. The unit includes a self-priming gear pump with a 12-vdc electric motor. The built-in pressure switch allows the pump to be automatically started and stopped. A nozzle meter monitors any dispensed quantity. The unit has a built-in battery charger. Battery must be recharged after transferring 2/3 oil drums. a unique solution to an ever-increasing demand from automotive transport workshops and for maintenance.
