- RAW ANALYSIS FOR ALL INCOMING MATERIALS IN STORE. - REGULAR CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF EVERY ITEM POURED. - REGULAR MOULD AND CORE HARDNESS TESTING. - DIMENSIONAL CHECKING OF CASTINGS - HARDNESS CHECKING OF CASTINGS. - WEDGE TEST EVERY 15 MINUTES - CORBON EQUIVALENT & TEMPERATURE CHECKING THROUGH FERRO-LAB EVERY 30 MINUTES. - SAND TESTING EVERY BATCH.
