Incepted in the year 1989, Kamar Infrastructure is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of a wide assortment of critical rubber components. Our product range comprises of hydraulic seal kits, molded rubber gasket, precision rubber parts, rotary seals, foam rubber cushions, moulding unit, machining of a seal and o ring that are widely appreciated for their dimensional accuracy, high tolerance and abrasion resistance. These are extensively used in chemical, fluid power, offshore, steel, food, and construction industry. We offer seals from 10mm ID to 400 mm OD which are machined with utmost care for a better functionality. We also carry out turnkey projects for machining of elastomeres for many years.

We were established under the able guidance of - Mr. Aslam, who has with him extensive expertise in this industry domain. He is the owner of the firm and under his mentorship, a diligent team works towards ensuring smooth and efficient production process and achieving qualitative finish in the end component range.

C-HPU: extremely abrasion and extrusion resistant seal material. Easy mounting because of high elasticity. Very good hydrolysis resistance. Hardness: 94 shore a temperature range: water till 90°C, hot air till 100°C Available dimension: up to 1070 mm diameter application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 40 MPa

C-HPU 55D casted polyurethane, hardness 55 shore d extremely abrasion and extrusion resistant seal material. Easy mounting because of high elasticity. Very good hydrolysis resistance. Hardness: 55 shore d temperature range: water till 90°C, hot air till 100°C available dimension: up to 1070 mm diameter Application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 55 MPa

C-HPU 72D casted polyurethane, hardness 72 shore d extremely abrasion and extrusion resistant seal material. In particular for composite seals. Easy mounting because of high elasticity. Very good hydrolysis resistance. Hardness: 72 shore d temperature range: water till 90°C, hot air till 100°C available dimension: up to 1070 mm diameter Application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 55 MPa

SL-PU polyurethane filled with solid libricants optimized in case of friction. Specially for pneumatic. Easy mounting because of high elasticity. Very good hydrolysis resistance. Hardness: 96 shore a temperature range: water till 90°C, hot air till 100°C available dimension: up to 1070 mm diameter application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 40 MPa

LT-PU low-temperature polyurethane. This polyurethane is particulary for low temperature plus all the behaviors of a modern polyurethane as sealing-material. Hardness: 96 shore a temperature range: -50°C up to 110°C available dimension: up to 1070 mm diameter application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 40 MPa

NBR nitrile-butadiene-rubber abrasion resistant seal material high elasticity means easy installation. The semi-finished material is supplied with hard coating for easy cutting. Hardness: 85 shore a temperature range: -40°C to 100°C available dimensions: up to 1060 mm diameter. Application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 25 MPa
Raw Materials Used
H - NBR Hydrogenated-Acrylnitryl-Butadien Rubber Abrasion resistant seal material High elasticity means easy installation. The semi-finished material is supplied with hard coating for easy cutting. Hardness: 85 shore a temperature range: -40°C to 150°C available dimensions: up to 600 mm diameter. Application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 25 MPa.

EPDM ethylen-propylen-diene-rubber peroxyd cured epdm, which is especially developed for breakfluid`s application. Highly resistant to weathering, ozone and aging. Not resistant to mineral oils. Not food graded! The semi-finished material is supplied with hard coating for easy cutting. Hardness: 86 Shore A Temperature range: -50°C to 130°C, short term 150°C (steam short term 200°C) available dimensions: up to 600 mm diameter, ask for other dimensions! Application: hot water, steam and diluted acids, break fluids DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.

EPDM-ktw ethylene-propylene-diene-rubber sulphur cured epdm which is fda-listed. Especially developed for food grade application! Highly resistant to weathering, ozone and aging. Not resistant to mineral oils. The semi-finished material is supplied with a hard coating for easy cutting. Hardness: 87 shore a temperature range: -50°C to 100°C, short term 120°C (steam short term 180°C) available dimensions: up to 535 mm diameter, ask for other dimensions! Application: hot (drinking) water, steam

EPM Ethylene-propylene-rubber peroxyd cured epdm, which is especially developed for breakfluid`s application. Highly resistant to weathering, ozone and aging. Not resistant to mineral oils. Not food graded! The semi-finished material is supplied with hard coating for easy cutting. Hardness: 86 shore a temperature range: -50°C to 130°C, short term 150°C (steam short term 200°C) available dimensions: up to 600 mm diameter, ask for other dimensions! Application: hot water, steam and diluted acids, break fluids DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.

FPM fluorine rubber (viton) highly resistant to heat and chemicals. The semi-finished material is supplied with hard coating for easy cutting. Hardness: 85 Shore A Temperature range: -20°C to 200°C Available dimensions: up to 600 mm diameter application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 25 MPa.

POM polyoxymethylene (acetal) high pressure and extrusion strength good cutting properties low water absorbtion temperature range: -40°C to 100°C Available dimensions: up to 350 diameter application: guide rings, back up rings colour: white

PA polyamide (nylon) high pressure and extrusion strength, however more difficult to cut. Temperature range: -40°C to 100°C available dimensions: up to 600 mm diameter application: guide rings, back up rings colour: nature (yellow/white)

PTFE virgin polytetraflourethylene super chemical resistance. Extremely good gliding properties Can be used in contact with food. Temperature range: -260°C to 260°C (short term 320°C)

PTFE-filled I glas mos2 polytetrafluorethylene ptfe filled with 20% glas and 5% MoS2. A material especially developed for hydraulic applications with extreme extrusion resistance at high tear strength. The special mixture of the fillers enable the production of sharp seal lips offering high quality sealing. Temperature range: -200°C to 260°C

PTFE filled II bronze 40% polytetrafluorethylene ptfe filled with 40% bronze and pigments. Technically similar to ptfe -glass mos2, because of higher specific gravity more expensive. Standard compounds are also available ptfe/carbon ptfe/graphite ptfe/glassfiber
Raw Materials Used
PTFE D05 Polytetrafluorethylene PTFE filled with 1% pigment (and for your choice 15 % glass) Super chemical resistance. Extremely good gliding properties and higher resistance against split-extrusion to comparison with PTFE virgin. Temperature range: -260°C to 260°C, (short term 320°C)

PTFE D46 Polytetrafluorethylene PTFE filled with 47% bronze and pigment. Technically similar to PTFE II, but optimized Temperature range: -260°C to 260°C (short term 320°C)

PTFE Carbon Polytetrafluorethylene PTFE filled with 24% carbon and 1% graphite self-greasing. Temperature range: -260°C to 260°C (short term 320°C)

SILICON Methyl-Vinil-Silicon Rubber MVQ High elasticity means easy installation. Highly resistant to weathering, ozone and aging. High electrical insolation. The semi-finished material is supplied with a hard coating for easy cutting. Hardness: 85 Shore A Temperature range: -60°C to 220°C Available dimensions: up to 400 mm diameter Application: at standard hydraulic conditions up to 25 MPa.
