Rubber Wipers

We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of qualitative rubber wipers that are widely used in the fluid power, offshore, steel, and automobile industry. These rubber wipers are offered in two models namely DA 101 and DA102 that are integrated with interference fit on outside diameter. This provides accurate closure at the cylinder and the wiping edge ensures reliable protection against penetration of dust and dirt whilst allowing backflow of residual oil film. The only difference between the two models is that the model DA 101 is offered without back support area.

DA 3	Wiper with mounting cage for press-fit installation into axially open housings. Wiping edge assures a reliable protection against penetration of dust and dirt, the use of plastic mounting cages avoids corrosion in the press-fit for housings according ISO 6195-TypeB
DA 5	Wiper with interference fit on outside diameter. Special design of wiping lip allows. Retention of initial lubricating film. Back support area prevents tilting of wiper.
DA 7	Wiper to fit in angled housings (300 angles).design mainly used in British equipment, in inch as well as metric dimensions.
