| | Rubber Wipers We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of qualitative rubber wipers that are widely used in the fluid power, offshore, steel, and automobile industry. These rubber wipers are offered in two models namely DA 101 and DA102 that are integrated with interference fit on outside diameter. This provides accurate closure at the cylinder and the wiping edge ensures reliable protection against penetration of dust and dirt whilst allowing backflow of residual oil film. The only difference between the two models is that the model DA 101 is offered without back support area. These are widely appreciated for their high performance, lesser cost of maintenance and longer service life. | | Rubber Mouldings We are one of the leading companies engaged in manufacturing an array of rubber mouldings such as precision rubber parts, molded rubber gaskets, rubber oil seals and many more. We specialize in a wide variety of rubber moldings of varied sizes and specifications, from simple to complex geometry for different services. The molded rubber parts weighs from 0.1 gms to several kgs. All the classifications of polymers are extensively used for manufacturing molded rubber moldings and molded rubber parts. All the rubber molded parts are manufactured in the molding unit. For sealing and isolating an enclosure, a diaphragm which is a flexible membrane is attached. The flexible property of this seal permits pressure effects to cross the barrier but not the material being contained. Frequent uses for diaphragm seals are to protect pressure sensors from the fluid whose pressure is being measured. Diaphragm seals (also known as chemical seals) are also used to protect a process fluid from the pressure sensor. Some of the examples of this use include : - Sanitary processes (food, pharmaceuticals, etc.) where allowing process fluid to accumulate in the pressure port of the sensor would compromise the purity of the fluid (such as milk getting into the pressure port of a pressure gauge and spoiling)
- Very pure process fluids, where the metal surface of the pressure sensor might contaminate the fluid (such as copper ions from brass leaching into ultra pure water.) Pneumatic systems where small changes in pressures must be eliminated, such as those controlling air bearings.
