The Bag Filter Controller is a specially developed electronic unit, which controls the cleaning cycle of Pulse Jet Bag Filter. It is available in various models to suit different output requirements such as Triac, Transistor, and Relay etc.

Electronic Speed Switch is designed to evaluate the speed of a rotating object based on the speed information picked up by the non-contact type inductive proximity switch. Relay switches ON or OFF depending upon the process speed as compared to the set trip speed. Startup Bypass Delay facility IBPD is provided to bypass the under speed condition during motor startup. This allows safe time for the motor to take-up the healthy speed.

These switches do not require any physical contact for their operation. They are capable of enabling or disabling an electronic circuit when any metallic object is brought close to their sensing face. They offer a wide range of operating distances and modes of operation.

These switches are designed to the man and machine safety and to avoid accidents occurring due to system problems.
These switches are broadly classified in to three main types viz.

1. Belt Sway Switches.
2. Pull Cord Switches.
3. Heavy Duty Limit Switches.

Belt Sway Switches : In belt Conveyors, belt swaying occurs due to uneven loading, misalignment of the idlers and due to worn surfaces. To restrict belt swaying within the tolerable limits Belt Sway Switches are useful.

Pull Cord Switches : Pull Cord Switches are useful for emergency stopping of Conveyors from any point by the way of pulling the rope connected to the switch.

Heavy Duty Limit Switches : Heavy Duty Limit Switches find their application in sensing the over travel or movement of the machine.

All these Safety Switches are housed in robust DMC engineering plastic housing which has very good mechanical strength.

It is resistant to alkaline and acidic medium. These Switches are ideally suitable for Cement, Chemical, Steel, Coal, and other host of industries where Conveyors and Moving Machines are required.

To convert input signal into galvanically and optically isolated mA signal linearly proportional to the input.
In these Converters 2 wires are used for connecting control supply and 2 wires are used for carrying output signal, hence these Converters are called as 4 Wire Converters. In these Converters output signals in the form of mA or DC voltage or in the form of Frequency signal can be provided as per users requirement

The temperature scanners of this series are designed to monitor, display, annunciate and trip upto 32 temperature points. The input can be RTD or Thermocouple. Display is provided to indicate the process temperature, the channel being scanned and the process parameter, if any. For the control action Hi and Lo set points can be programmed as per the input channel grouping requirement. Input channels can be divided into 4 groups and each group will have 2 set points. In case temperature exceeds the set limits, the corresponding relay status is indicated by channel LEDs. 4-20mA output proportional to the process temperature of the input channels can also be provided optionally. Six key membrane keyboard is provided to select various modes, control parameters, relay logic, instrument range, baud rate and calibration of a scanner.

To measure active power drawn by the load through C.T. and P.T. inputs. The Transducer measures the power factor internally and calculates the active power in kW. The measured power is then converted into linearly proportional 4-20mA output.

Function : To evaluate wind velocity based on the pulse input received from the Cup Generator and to give output in the form of change over of relay contacts when wind speed goes above the set speed.

The Electronic Ear is specially developed for control and regulation of Ball Mills, using the grinding sound frequency signal for optimizing the Mill output. According to the material bed height, the grinding media causes a characteristic noise. In case of high material bed i.e. maximum filling level, there is a hollow grinding sound low grinding frequency. Whereas for low material bed i.e. minimum filling level, there is a high-pitched sound high grinding frequency. This characteristic of grinding frequency is sensed through Sound Sensor and the output of the Sensor is used to develop an output mA signal representing Mill filling level.
