The raw material procured is then checked for its quality at our quality assurance lab and passed to our manufacturing units. We manufacture electroforged gratings, electroforged stair tread, handmade gratings, serrated grating, cable tray, cable ducts, electroforged stair tread, electroforged gratings,  earthing strips and earth electrodes.

Our new Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant (10 Mtrs.L x 1.2 Mtr. W x 2 Mtr. D.) has a capacity of 3000    MT Per Month.  Our Galvanizing  Plant  has been approved by  BHEL, Trichy , Tata Project Consulting ltd,  Power grid Corp Ltd.

Our manufacturing facilities have been approved by leading consultants like Lloyds. Tata Projects Ltd.,  Uhde India Ltd., Kvaerner Power Gas Ltd., Toyo Engg. India Ltd., Tata Consulting Engr.,  Bechtel International Inc. Bureau Veritas , DNV,  Lloyds.  etc.
      
We are  now supplying Electroforged Gratings to BHEL-Trichy,  Ranipet, Reliance Petroleum Ltd., Shapoorji & Pallonji, Chemtex Global (Black & Veatch) Ltd. for RPL Jamnagar Proj. new refinery, Heurtey Petrochemical Equipment Pvt. Quality Control

The  quality is given utmost importance at all the stages. The raw materials viz. steel and zinc are procured from reputed vendors. The steel bars, with close dimensional tolerance and conforming to IS 2062, are procured.  High grade zinc is used for galvanizing. Raw material is always tested at reputed  laboratories.

We have separate  team for Internal Inspection . Quality control  done at every stage of  production.
