InfrastructureAt Kanak Pipes Industries Pvt. Ltd. it have an ultra modern plant possessing an inHouse facilities that help from Melting to Final inspection. The equipment consist of Induction furnaces for melting, Fully automated 2500 US tonne capacity extrusion press with P.L.C. control and Under water Extrusion facility and well equipped laboratory consisting of various facilities for Testing and Inspection, including a Computer Controlled Spectro Analyser. This plant is well supported by a team of young engineering professionals in miscellaneous departments like Melting and Casting, Extrusion, Quality control etc. It have successfully acquired state of art technology, which is very essential to remain a leader in India''''''''s non ferrous industries.
KPIPL is an ISO 9001:2000 certified unit and our manufacturing facilities are spread over 30000sq.feet. We are equipped with state of the art production facilities and have sophisticated Quality control & Quality assurance systems along with ultramodern chemical & physical testing laboratory having Computerized Spectroscopic Analyzer for precise Alloying Composition control, Computerized Multi-Range Microscope for Microstructure Examination, Computerized Eddy Current Testing, Computerized Universal Testing, Hardness Testing and Hydraulic Pressure Testing facility for final inspection.
