As a recently developed organization, Kanak Plastics has grown tremendously under the leadership and expert guidance of Mr. Inder Singh. We manufacture each of our product with high quality EGV plastic which is durable and stain resistant. Our products have exclusive features that enhance their performance. We also specialize in designing and producing moulded plastic items tailored to meet special needs. We have complete mold-making facilities in-house and are constantly updating our processing techniques to stay ahead of the competition. We provide our services to Indian domestic as well as overseas markets.

We embrace the latest technology to manufacture our products in accordance with the international standards. Advanced know-how, experienced workforce, dedication, high quality processes and tools are the values on which Kanak Plastics has built its reputation as a reliable producer of plastic pots and vases for various uses.


Quality
We manufacture and supply high quality plastic pots and vases which have been produced from special plastic EGV which is hard and strong. We have quality check experts to closely monitor the production processes. We strive hard to produce the best and provide completely flawless products to our clients.

Our quality attributes can be well judged by the ISI mark. We are also in the process of getting ISO certification as well as CE mark for our quality products. We always ensure that our products satisfy the quality standards and norms at any stage. With this, we are able to provide our products and services to our esteemed customers without compromising on accuracy and timely execution of orders.


Infrastructure
We believe in continual up-gradation of our manufacturing facilities. We regularly update our system as per the market requirement. We have successfully build a manufacturing unit, which is equipped with latest and sophisticated machinery. We have injection moulding machines which are fully automatic and computerized. Our machines can easily generate higher production returns in less turnaround time, thus catering to wide demands of our clients.

Our state-of-art manufacturing unit is well supported by our technical experts who have a wide industry experience. We give immense stress on Research & Development at various levels of manufacturing and testing. Continuous improvement in the quality of existing products, services and development of new products is a policy matter at our works.


Production Capacity
We can easily manufacture products in huge quantities with our updated machines and equipment. Our varied production range includes:
  • Horticulture Pots: 30,000 units per month
  • Designer Flower Pots: 45,000 units per month
  • Safety Cap/ Helmets: 15,000 units per month
  • Agricultural Vases: 25,000 units per month
  • Multipurpose Horticulture & Agriculture Vases: 33,000 units per month
