Natural Flavours

Kanegrade offers an extensive range of natural (FTNF, WONF, esters) and nature identical flavors. These flavors are available in liquid (L), spray dried encapsulated powder (P) and emulsion (E) forms. Organic Herbal Extracts

These are natural extracts and botanical extracts taken from seeds, barks, leaves and fruit and are used to create flavors. They are available in Solid Extract (SE), Fluid Extract (FE) and Powder Extract (PE) forms. The solid extract form is highly viscose but is still of a pouring consistency.

We provide superior variety Vegetables Purees, Vegetable Powders, Vegetable Pieces and Vegetable Juice Concentrates that lend excellent flavors to cooked and processed food items. The Kanegrade Vegetable Products are processed and packed carefully following standard industry procedures, which gives them exceptionally long shelf life.

  • Concentrated Vegetable Purees
    • The puree is packed in 20kg aluminium foil aseptic bags in plastic pails. This also ensures good microbiological quality.

      Product Range Include: Anchovy, Olives (Green & Black), Caper, Chilly, Pesto (Red & Green), Ginger, Garlic, Mixed Coriander, Sun-dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil, Sun Roasted Onion, Mustard etc.

  • Vegetable Juice Concentrates
    • They are packed in 20kg aseptic pouches and are available in liquid forms.

  • Vegetable Powders
    • Vegetable powders are either spray dried or air dried and are made from vegetable purees or juice concentrates. Spray dried powders are on carriers.

  • Vegetable Pieces
    • Vegetable pieces are either air dried, puffed or freeze dried. These are available as kibbled, granules, dice, sliced or whole. Puffed pieces are designed to float when hydrated, therefore making them ideal for use in instant soups. They can also be used as pizza toppings, pasta fillings, salad dressings & on meat products, etc.

    CAROTENOIDS- THE VIABLE COLOURANT
    Beta-carotene is a colour pigment belonging to a group of
    plant chemicals named carotenoids. It offers a full
    spectrum of yellow and orange shades and is found in
    many fruits and vegetables i.e. carrots, melons and
    mango.

    Additionally, it serves as a precursor to vitamin A, a
    physiological antioxidant and a fertility enhancer in certain
    animals.

    Due to the many benefits of Beta-carotene, it is widely
    used to impart colour to food, beverages, pharmaceutical
    and cosmetic products. Moreover, as an antioxidant and
    precursor to vitamin A, it maintains an important position
    in dietary supplements, food nutrients and animal feeds.
    BETA CAROTENE ( POWDERS)
    CAROFIT 1% WSC is a very versatile product, which has
    been serving the food segment for many years. Its range
    of yellow colour shades is used in products like custards,
    cake mixes, beverages, yogurts, soups, sauces etc.
    CAROFIT 5% WSC combines all the benefits of CAROFIT
    1% WSC in a more cost effective formulation.
    CAROFIT 10% WSC provides a range of yellow-orange
    colour shades. Particularly popular amongst beverages
    manufacturers, but also used in many other types of
    applications.

    CAROFIT 10% WSC/N provides a slightly more reddish
    colour shade than CAROFIT 10% WSC

    CAROFIT 20% TG This Tablet Grade version of
    Beta-carotene is being used in multivitamins and other
    dietary supplements.
    CAROFIT (EMULSIONS)
    CAROFIT 2% FT-NR (Fluid Type - Non Ringing) is a
    new generation of emulsions from Allied, which provides
    a range of yellow colour shades. It is specifically
    targeted at any beverage manufacturer, who seeks to
    eliminate concerns about "ringing" issues.

    CAROFIT 3% FT-NR is based on the same formulation
    technology as the 2% version, but with a higher potency. 

    CAROFIT  5% EM is amongst the most concentrated
    and certainly the most stable Beta-carotene emulsions
    on the market. Its excellent properties are aimed at any
    water based food application where a bright appealing
    yellow colour shade is desired.


    CAROFIT 10% FT/RED is a high potency
    Beta-carotene emulsion with a reddish colour shade.
    CAROFIT (OIL SUSPENSION) 
    CAROFIT  30% OS (-SF) is a suspension of
    Beta-carotene in vegetable oil and the most
    concentrated form on the market. It finds its way into
    a large array of applications i.e. soft gel capsules,
    margarine, dressings, soups, sauces, cosmetics etc.

    CAROFIT 22% OS-HS is a heat stabilized oil
    suspension of Beta-carotene. This formulation is
    aimed at applications that are subjected to high
    temperature processing conditions i.e. popcorn and
    frying oils.


    CAROFIT 10% OS (-SF) is a low potency version of 
    CAROFIT 30% OS

    • Bioflavonoids are chemical compounds related to vitamin C. They act as antioxidants and help to maintain healthy blood vessels and aiding the body in iron absorption.

    Tomato Powder

    PRODUCT: Tomato Powder K15257 GMO free

    APPEARANCE/DESCRIPTION: A fine free flowing powder with the characteristic aroma and flavour of fresh Tomatoes. This product is manufactured by concentrating puree from fresh tomatoes and spray drying with glucose syrup.
