We implement GMP practices in the manufacturing process of our range of surgical gloves that meet the requirement of our clients. All complete gamut of gloves are that are manufactured as per GMP practices are prescribes in the Workshop Manual for Medical Gloves published by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in our factory.

All of our gloves are manufactured as per ASTM D 3578-77 , EN and ISI standards. Our products have obtained 510 (k) pre market approvals from FDA, USA for pre-powdered and powder free latex examination gloves. In order to maintain the quality of Powder Free Latex Examination / Surgical Gloves these are washed in chlorine solution. Extractable impurities such as latex proteins are eliminated through rigorous leaching. To ensure the quality of all the gloves, we follow some of the following steps during its productions:

• Thorough washing of formers and then drying
• Coating with a coagulant agent and mould releasing agent
• Dipped into the latex dip tank for soft gel like rubber coating formation
• The gel-like gloves are beaded and then properly leached and covered with donning agent.
• Heating of the gloves by putting them in oven
• Tumbling of gloves at 80 deg Celsius for 45 minutes for proper curing and removal of excessive powder
• Quality inspection
• Packing, sterilizing, and shipping.

We have a team of highly trained professionals, who are devoted in producing surgical gloves that are of export quality. To ensure hygienic gloves, free from the exposure to external environment these are packed in quality proven packaging material. For palm textured sterile disposable gloves, we pack 100 pieces of gloves per dispenser box and 10/20 dispenser boxes per master carton. Textured sterile disposable gloves are packed in 1piece/ 1 pair in peelable poly-paper pouch.

• One pair in a paper wallet packed in peelable poly-paper pouch for palm textured sterile disposable.
• One pair packed in peelable poly-paper pouch or as per customer's request for palm textured non-sterile disposable.

For the latex and other gloves we use:

• One pair in a paper valet pouched in a Tear Open poly paper pouch
• 50 pairs per Dispenser (inner box)
• 8 Dispensers per Export Outer Carton
• 450 Export Outer Cartons per 20 foot Container
• 1, 80,000 pairs in total per 20 foot Container.

Backed by state-of-the-art infrastructural setup are able to process bulk orders of clients within stipulated time frame.Our spacious manufacturing plant is spread over an area of 1200 sq.ft and has hygienic environment. An amalgamation of advanced manufacturing process and automatic machines & components imported from global market, enables us to produce up to 66 million gloves per annum. Our advanced products plant comprises of required facilities for varies process such as coating, dipping, leaching, heating etc of gloves. All the units at our plant are well equipped with advanced instruments that are proficiently used in the production of the gloves.
