We are manufacturers and exporters of a large range of terry towel, beach towels, kitchen towels, bath towels, bath robes and printed fabrics etc. manufactured on power looms. We have been in the business of manufacturing textiles for the past 25 years. We, at Kanswa specialize in the manufacturing of international quality of terry bath towels and beach bath towels. Giving the customer a value for their money has been our motto all through.

Products
We have manufactured a wide range of towels to date. Variety ranges from Solid Color Plain towels to fancy borders to Dobby towels to Jacquard Towels. We have manufactured towels from 180 GSM to 1100 GSM bath mats. Sizes are least to state and anything can be incorporated in our armery. The huge range of products that we deal with is varied and of uncompromising quality.

Importers Of
We import high quality cotton between 26-30 staple to manufacture premium quality towels.

Infrastructure
Back Processing Plant such as doubling machines, sizing plant, high speed wrappers, arm dyeing plant for yarn, cabinet dying for better qualities have been installed. Weaving of towels is carried on automatic looms. Jacquards are attached to powerlooms. We have drop box facilities. The towels are processed using jumbo jiggers and later dried in the automatic thermo-pack. To impart proper finishing and to improve the feel of the fabric, a tumbler dryer is used. The towels are stitched using high class Juki sewing machines. We have the capacity of 2000 kgs/day, 50 tons/month. All dyed used are azo-free and confirm to EU norms. Packaging also conforms EU norms.

Manpower
The whole production process is taken care of by highly experienced professional staff. There are approximately 490 employees, employed at different units, looms, to facilitate production, checking & packaging, supervision and accounting.
