For Hot Forging section, We are equipped with Bolt & Nut Forging Thread rolling Machines & Cut Thread Machines.

Machine Shop

For Machined items, We are equipped with Cutting Machines, Copy Turning, Drilling Machines, Centreless Grinders, Heating Equipment. Internal & External Thread Milling Machines, Semi Auto Lathes.

Heat Treatments

The heat treatment is done in continuous atmosphere controlled furnaces. In-process controls like CP Monitors, Temperature Controller & recorders, Infra- Red Gas Analyzer ensure consistent metallurgical properties.

Surface Finishing

Kanwer Industies has in house facilities to offer a variety of surface finish options to our customers. This facilities is include controlled Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant. The surface finishing facilities are also equipped with baking ovens to take care of the Hydrogen De-Embrittlement Process for the High Strength Bolts.
Hot Dip Galvanizing has become an excellent method for providing long - term corrosion protection on fasteners, like :-

and other threaded fasteners. Even casting & forgings can be successfully processed. It can be applied in heavy coating such as 50 um (0.002") thickmin. Without becoming cost & time.
