To ensure flawless quality of these products, we procure superior range of fabrics procured from leading suppliers and textile mills. Prior to their final implementation in the production process, each lot of the procured fibers is rigorously checked in our in-house quality control department. The parameters on which the procured textile is checked are:
- Color fastness
- Wash fastness
- Dimensional stability
- Rub fastness
- Machine wash and others

Quality Assurance As we are a quality-oriented organization, therefore, our prime objective is to retain our production of standard quality apparels. Our adherence to all aspects of quality production ensures us that quality of our products will remain in the forefront. In this regard, we have appointed an integrated team of quality inspectors to check the quality of our apparels during the whole manufacturing process. All these quality control activities are conducted under Total Quality Control Management.
The entire quality checking process continues till to the final delivery of the consignments. This process begins right from the selection of textile and fibers, which are acquired from reputed textile mills and suppliers. The products are checked on various parameters, which include:
- Durability of their fabric.
- Stitch durability
- Color fastness
- Shrink ability
- Designs specifications and other aspects.
