Plastic Grinding System

•    Plastic Grinding Mills (Screen Type) are ideally suitable for heat sensitive elastic polymers which are handled with ease for an excellent powder characteristics like controlled top cut size, particle size distribution, bulk density and dispersion quality to suit end use.
•    Polyethelene applications are Master Batch, Rotational Moulding, Wire coating, Textile coating / Micro Dot. 
•    Water jacketed cooling / chilled air cooling for cool powder with optimum capacity. 
•    For difficult to grind polymers under normal conditions, Chilled air / Cryo-Milling Systesm are also available.
•    Dry grinding system are suitable for Polyethylene, Polyester, EVA, PVC.  Other materials require either chilled air or Cryo-Milling Systems depending upon end results required.
•    Working Principle – Material fed through vibratory feeder to mill, grinding takes place between Rotor and stationary Liner,  after pulverization material passes through screen provided to grinding chamber,  from outlet pneumatic system conveys powder for ultimate discharge through rotary air lock valve with dustless operation.

Plastic Milling System

Plastic Milling System (Screen Type) a system ideally suitable for economical grinding of granules, pallets or pre-cuts. Heat sensitive, elastic and tough materials are handled with ease for excellent powder characteristics to suit ultimate processes. ' results, with increased surface area, higher bulk density and better dispersion quality. Such powders are in use for Master Batch, Rotational Moulding, Textile/ Micro-dot coating & Hot-Dip, Wire Coating and many more applications. Unique auto servo control to monitor feed rate sensing temperature & current, Material is preferred between serrated rotor & liner screen controls the particle size. Cool grinding operation and minimum residual time optimizes productivity and system efficiency. Coarse to medium fine powders (16 Mesh Bss tp -85 Mesh Bss) in single stage system and fine powders (52 Mesh BSS to - 150Mesh BSS) in two stage system, with capacities in the range of 20-300 kgs/hour,depending upon material type, its grade and MFI, with narrow particle size distribution and good flowability. Applications catered in general are PE, PVC, PC, EVA, UHMWPE, SAN, ABS etc. Mills is supplied with pneumatic conveying system.

Rigid PVC Pipes (Reject) Grinding System : 

 

·        Economical system universally accepted for coarse to fine grinding.

·        Feeding is from top of mill, powder passes through blower and collected at bottom by pneumatic conveying system. 

·        Dust collection in open type filter bags provided at top of structure.

·        For capacity in range of 50 – 300 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application. 

·        Minimum dusting operated with rotary air lock valve.

·        To avoid foundation and vibration, mill is provided with anti vibration mounting pads.

·        Easy cleaning when multi products to be handled.
