Pneumatic Conveying System with Open Type Dust Collector : 

·        Known as Continuous system.

·        System has low feeding height, available with Open Type Dust Collector and closed type Pulse Jet Dust Collector as well. 

·        The pneumatic system conveys powder for ultimate discharge through rotary air lock valve with dust free operation.

·        Capacity in range of 100 – 2000 kg/hr.

Gravity Collection System : 

 ·        This is a continuous system.

·        Mill is kept at 2.2 – 2.5 Mtrs. height and powder is collected at bottom through rotary air lock valve.

·        System available with Open Type Dust Collector and Pulse Jet Dust Collector.

·        Continuous feeding done by conveyor from ground level to the mill at height of 3 – 4 Mtrs.

·        This system is suitable for hygroscopic application.

Batch Type Operation : 

·        In this system feeding is from top and collection at bottom - manually.

·        For change of container, machine to stop, change container and restart the equipment. Hence known it Batch Type.

·        Useful where different variety of products to be pulverized.

·        For capacity in range of 30 – 300 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application.

·        Easy cleaning when multi products to be handled.

·        Mill is provided with anti vibration mounting pads to avoid foundation and vibrations.

Pneumatic Conveying System with Pulse Jet Dust Collector : 

·        This is Continuous system.

·        Feed height is low and can be manually feed to the mill. 

·        System is with cyclone separator, separate blower, rotary air lock valve and Pulse Jet Dust Collector for dustless environment. 

·        For capacity 200 – 2000 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application.

·        Frequent change over of product is not possible and cleaning is difficult.
