Production of float glass involves the pouring of molten glass from a furnace onto a large shallow bath of molten tin. The glass floats on the molten tin, spreading out and forming level, parallel surfaces with the thickness controlled by the speed at which the solidifying glass is drawn off the tin bath. The glass then travels through an annealing where the cooling processes continues under controlled conditions and emerges as one long continuous ribbon after which it is then cut to suit customer requirements. 

Our clear float glass is colorless and transparent thereby providing a high degree of visible light transmittance.

Insulating glass is composed of two or more sheets of glass that are separated with aluminum frames fully filled with desiccant and the sides are sealed with high-strength sealant. 

Various effects can be achieved through different combinations such as with clear glass, tinted glass, reflective glass, tempered glass or laminated glass etc.

A: Silver Mirror
Silver mirror is made through a chemical sedimentation process. A sheet of specially treated silver is coated on quality float glass, followed by a sheet of copper, and finished with two layers of paint for chemical and physical protection

• The image is true to nature, without deformation and distortion
• The reflecting rate of visible light is over 90%, Real high fidelity imaging.
• The mirror is not easy to be oxidized both in the center and on the edges, the advantage of resistance to corrosion and humidity offer a product life three times longer than conventional aluminum mirror.
• The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside (both CATI and CATII are available).
• Suitable for deep processing, can be cut to any size and any shape, edgeworks including bevel, flat polish, pencil polish are available, can be made into beautiful decorative mirror (like beveled mirror and polished edge mirror etc).

A: Pyrolitic solar reflective glass (hard coat/on line coat).

Pyrolitic solar reflective glass produced by deposit of chemical vapors on the glass surface on a high temperature on the float glass production line. Eliminates 80% of the UV rays, has a light transmission of 27% and reflects about 36% of the heat. 

Characteristics:

• Can not see through inside from out side in the shine day.
• Effectively controls the solar energy transmission evidently.
• The coating hardened by pryolysis, allows the coated glass to be glazed with the coated surface facing towards the inside or outside of the building.
• It can withstand further processing at higher temperatures such as bending, heat strengthening and tempering without impairment and combination with other glass to process insulating glass, laminated glass.
• Lessen the transmission of ultraviolet.

B: Magnetic solar reflective glass(soft coat/off line coat).
Magnetically solar reflective glass is achieved through coating one or more layers of metal or compound thin film on the float glass by way of vacuum magnetron sputtering off line. The major function of the film is to control the reflection, transmission and absorption of direct solar radiation at desirable ratio, and produce the needed reflective colors.

• Adjustable various colors for your choice.
• Can not see through inside from out side in the shine day.
• Effectively controls the solar energy transmission evidently.
• Excellent sight shielding effect on the indoor objects and structures.
• Ideal visible light transmission ratio and reflection ratio.
• Normally it cannot withstand further processing at higher temperatures such as bending, heat strengthening and tempering but there are exceptions, some special treated soft coating glass could be re-processed.
• Rejects about 95% of the transmission of ultraviolet ray, considered harmful to interior colors & furnishings.
• Reflect high amount of heat compared to pyrolitic glass.

Our Iron Bars are made from pure steel, with the most advanced TMT technology Superior Rib Pattern: superior and uniform rib pattern with greater depth and closer rib spacing which is made with computer controlled CNC grade machine. This ensures better bonding of steel with concrete. 

Pure Steel: Iron Bars are made with pure steel. Fe 415 and Fe 500 are IS: 1786 certified. 100% processed through primary steel making route, its carbon level is very low. Moreover, impurities like sulphur and phosphorus are not present.

Bend ability: The tough outer surface and the soft core make the rebar bendable and ideal for construction. 

Weld ability: Low carbon content which gives it superior weld ability. Also, no pre warming and post welding is required in manual arc welding. Corrosion Resistant: There is no torsional residual stress in the rebar as it is made with TMT technology. Its composite and uniform microstructure makes it corrosion resistant even when embedded in concrete. 

Earthquake Resistant : Strength and ductility exceeds the minimum level specified by IS: 1786 standards. While normal yield strength specifies 415N / mm2 . Our Bars has a yield strength of 450/mm2 which ensures stronger homes
