We fabricate a wide range of rubber profiles which are manufactured using premium quality Viton. Viton is defined as a brand of synthetic rubber and fluoro polymer elastomer which is usually used in moulded or extruded goods and shock absorption system.

Neoprene Bearing Pad

As efficient bearing plates for PRE-cast, PRE-stressed concrete or steel beams in bridges and buildings. Neoprene pad-plain and laminated, provided by us, permits a smooth and uniform transfer of load from the beam to the substructure and allows beam rotation at the bearing due to deflection of the beam under load. They further allow lateral and longitudinal movement of the beam caused by thermal forces.

Neoprene pads have no movable parts and thermal expansion and contractions are observed by the pads enable to give and take in shear. There is no solid motion between pad and beam or between pad and abutment.

Injection Grouting Tube

Description:
Grouting tube is specially designed flexible solid PVC Nitrile Blend (thermoplastic Rubber) covered by sponge strip strengthened by Nylon Braiding which is installed in concrete joints to waterproof and seal any crack or voids in the joint area to eliminate the possibilities of leakage in future.

Grouting hose seals joints watertight and offer a complete maintenance program of leakage appears in the future. If water test performed and voids in the joint are indicated, the voids should be filled with all type of injecting material micro fine cements or cement slurry. These injecting materials are highly compatible with concrete.
